Liga MX Cruz Azul vs. Leon

The game kicks off and there’s a foul 41 seconds in. Leon gets a run in the 4th minute, and Cruz Azul gets a chance in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Roberto Alvarado has a shot that misses. In the 18th minute, Leon gets awarded a penalty that shouldn’t have been given, and with Yoshimar Yotun getting a automatic red card. In the 20th minute, Angel Mena shoots into the upper-right corner. I haven’t seen that type of penalty in a while. In the 23rd minute, Rafael Baca gets a yellow card for Cruz Azul. In the 27th minute, Jose Maduena gets a yellow. In the 37th minute, Leon’s Jose Rodriguez gets their 1st booking of the game from a foul on Martin Cauteruccio. So Orbelin Pineda replaces Cauteruccio. In the 45+1st minute, Jean Meneses scores with a half bicycle kick. Igor Lichnovsky gets a yellow card in the 45+3rd minute. The first half ends 2-0 and Leon is likely to win this game. Meanwhile, Tigres 1-1 Santos.

The second half begins, right when Andre-Pierre Gignac scores a goal for Tigres. In the 52nd minute, Angel Mena has a chance to score for Leon. In the 55th minute, Milton Caraglio comes in and Elias Hernandez goes out for Cruz Azul. Cruz Azul gets a penalty in the 58th minute. Milton takes it… but Rodolfo Cota saves it. In the 61st minute, Joel Campbell comes on and Angel Mena comes off. In the 67th minute, Misael Dominguez comes in and Javier Salas goes out for Cruz Azul. In the 74th minute, Yairo Moreno comes on and Carlos Eduardo Guerrero Zavala goes out. In the 77th minute, Moreno scores but he was in a offsides position. In the 84th minute, Caraglio has a big chance to score. In the 86th minute, Luis Montes comes off and Walter Gonzalez goes on. In the 90+1st minute, Walter scores an offsides goal, celebrates by taking his shirt off and gets a yellow card. Leon wins 2-0 and Tigres wins 2-0 with a Santos red card.
